This project relates to System Design, Engineering, and Integration in the performance of this contract GEMS had to:

1. Perform project management tasks associated with
1. Present periodic program reviews with customer
2. Track schedule,budget, and earned value
3. Identify, analyze, and mitigate risk
4. Maintain configuration management system for hardware and software
2. Develop test program set concepts into a preliminary and detailed design.
1. Present TPS concept detailing preliminary hardware and software design for production level test program sets for multiple circuit card designs.
2. Develop detailed design for Test Program Set (TPS) software and Interface Test Adapter (ITA) hardware

1. Utilize computer-aided design program to create detailed mechanical and electrical drawings for all system components
2. Perform design study of each UUT electrical design and test requirement to dictate TPS and ITA requirements
3. Prepare high-level detailed specification for test system
4. Produce working proto-types of system components
5. Integrate system components into final delivered product
6. Present detailed review and technical data to customer
7. Certify final product with customer at time of final sell-off

3. Fabricate required products
1. Fabricate special test equipment
2. Fabricate test cables
3. Oversee quality control policies and procedures per Lockheed Martin internal policies and procedures.
4. Present quality control documentation to customer
4. Outsource management
1. Manage vendors used for design of custom mechanical parts
2. Manage vendors used for manufacture of special tooling
3. Manage vendors used in creating custom mechanical items
5. Test Program Sets are utilized in verifying the performance of the Lockheed Martin circuit cards listed below:
1. Detector Interface Electronics (DIE)
2. Boresight Module
3. YAW CCA
4. Pitch CCA
5. Dual Servo CCA
6. Mechanism CCA
7. Line of Sight CCA
8. MSI CCA

This project relates to SIN 871-4 Test and Evaluation in the performance of this contract GEMS had to:

1. GEMS was responsible for designing and performing production level test for the following products:
1. Detector Interface Electronics (DIE)
2. Boresight Module
3. YAW CCA
4. Pitch CCA
5. Dual Servo CCA
6. Mechanism CCA
7. Line of Sight CCA
8. MSI CCA
2. Worked with software and hardware quality to assure that all test requirements were met. 
3. Performed physical testing of the each of the products listed above as the primary objective of this contract.
